Terms of Service

Nyas is operated by NeoCraft Technologies as a managed PostgreSQL service. By creating an account, provisioning a database, or using the CLI, API, or dashboard, you agree to these service terms.

Using Nyas

You may use Nyas only for lawful business or development purposes. You are responsible for the applications, team members, credentials, and workloads that run in your projects.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Nyas to host illegal content, malware, abusive automation, or workloads that interfere with the service or other users.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, network abuse, or destructive testing against the platform.
• Keep API keys, database passwords, and account credentials secure and rotate them if you suspect compromise.

Billing and Plans

Paid plans renew on the interval you select unless cancelled before the next billing date. We may change plan limits, pricing, or preview features over time, but we will aim to apply those changes transparently.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, rate-limit, or terminate access to protect the platform, respond to abuse, comply with law, address security incidents, or handle unpaid balances.

Service Changes

Nyas is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We may improve, modify, or retire parts of the service as the product evolves.
