Customer Database Content

Your application data remains yours. We do not access customer database content except when required for support, security response, legal compliance, or when you explicitly ask us to investigate an issue.

Service Providers

We may use trusted subprocessors for hosting, authentication, analytics, support tooling, and payments. Those providers are expected to handle data under appropriate confidentiality and security controls.

Retention and Requests
